Model Plans:

Not all plans are available-some models shown as preliminary ideas for future models. Plans can be generated upon purchase, and are drawn on a first come, first serve basis.

Most of the models are designed with passive solar influence
16" wide walls- 12x4x16 stabilized "mud" adobe walls exposed on both sides. Plastering walls are optional.
Most plans are designed for future expansion. As your budget or family increases, so can your adobe home.
Underfloor evaporative cooling with overhead optional air conditioning.
Minimal hall space (no wasted space).
Door & window heights at 8' to top.
Decorative viga & 1x decking ceilings through out. Bottom of vigas set at 10' to bottom and 9'2" on smaller models.
